I spent several years on the official support teams of Commanders Act and Tealium, handling tens of tickets per day across very different stacks, always without prior context. Each case meant picking up an unknown setup from scratch and finding the root cause fast. That experience is what shaped my investigation method.
On every engagement, I bring the ability to take ownership of any existing setup, diagnose what is wrong and fix it. My technical scope covers JavaScript, the DOM, network requests, server-side pixels, TMS configuration, CMP integration, and mobile behaviors on iOS and Android via Xcode and Proxyman. I am also familiar with undocumented behaviors and recurring bugs that are easy to miss when you have not seen them before.
I have also built several Chrome extensions for tracking QA and debugging, including a Piano Analytics Debugger, a Tealium utag Viewer, a GTM Server-Side Inspector and an Axeptio Inspector, all used daily by tracking teams.
Tracking diagnosis and issue resolution: one-off intervention or short engagement
Resolving complex tracking issues: tags not firing, duplicated or missing data, incomplete dataLayer, network requests inconsistent with the tagging plan. Intervention without prior history or context.
Review of an existing setup on GTM, Tealium or Commanders Act: inconsistent firing rules, redundant tags, incorrectly mapped variables, broken server-side configuration.
Consent signal debugging: cookies firing before opt-in, IAB TCF 2.2 signal verification, desynchronization between the CMP and the TMS (OneTrust, Didomi, Axeptio, TrustCommander).
